Mikey’s Corner Slice was born in South London, taking inspiration from ‘Grandma Pies’ in New York and Crisp Pizza W6 in London.The idea came after countless attempts at recreating these pizza styles at home sifting through hundreds of recipes online, trying to find a balance between the fluffy-ness of Neopolian Pizza and the crispyness of NY-style.Using the best, sustainable ingredients from regenerative flour grown in the UK to Nitrate-free pepperoni, our aim is to deliver light, crispy pizza with interesting flavour combinations at an affordable price.A small team makes these products fresh daily for all
